Do you use Newt's Cape? Are you using an MP 2x00? If so, you can open
the HTML-formatted mail in Newt's Cape and then save it as a Works
paper, keeping basic formatting intact.

Otherwise, I am not aware of any way to do this without using Newt's
Cape as an intermediary. SimpleMail's HTML stationary is just a viewer.
