I wanted to note that my SER-001 upgraded MP2100 has no cracks in it's
case, so this issue is not universal, and I wonder how widespread it is?

It certainly is quite easy to imagine a small amount of extra height in
the installed SER-001 causing a pressure point on the bottom case...

Anyhow, the SER-001 remains a beautiful upgrade for me, and I don't
loose anymore sleep worrying about loosing the Dongle.
