The Ser57600 and Ser115200 packages can be found within the UnixNPI source
archive:

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/unixnpi/unixnpi-1.1.4.tar.gz?download

Or Ser57600 is on UNNA:

http://www.unna.org/unna/utilites/system_enhancements/Ser57600/

I've never gotten 115200 to work well, with either Linux or Windows.
