while they can be tricky for the less technicaly minded i would
recommend these
chipquick for the desoldering (WARNING: can be really messy)

and for soldering smt

While these can make it easier, i would definitly recommend that you
get someone with the right equipment if you arent an expert.
also, can someone point me to a link for the memory modules? Im not
quite sure what the are, but they sound interesting.
