Please accept my apologies for the Outlook notifications that multiplied
through the Newtontalk newsgroup. The problem seems to have started by my
deleting unread messages from my new corporate email account. Compounding the
issue was my schedule kept me from reading my digests, so I had no idea what
was brewing.
I had removed my name from NTLK last week and responded to the confirmation,
but the confirmation must not have been accepted and the problem continued.
I have since asked my corporate email support to remove me from receiving
internet email, which is supposed to stop the mail loops. I'm sending this from
my personal email account as a result. I'll continue to do what's necessary to
end the problem.
Victor, please post this apology to NTLK as I'm unable to post to NTLK through
this email account, feeling gunshy, and not willing to pull my head out of the
sand any time soon.
