[NTLK] guelph/toronto.unna.org is back up

On Thursday evening, my phone line went dead, cutting off all of my voice and
Internet access, including toronto.unna.org. It just finally got re-connected
this morning. So it and all related websites (NPDS tracker, WikiWikiNewt,
Newton Errors DB) are back up now.
