Hi ALL,
It is not my nature to give favorable RANT's to any one company or individual as I see it for what it should be, the "NORM". However, keeping that in mind, when I come across a company or Individual that I feel has gone above the "NORM" then I will RANT on about their outstanding performance!
Last week (Friday) I sent my treasured Newton MP 2000 (via Express Mail) to J&K Sales for their "UPGRADE" program, bringing my MP 2000 to an Upgraded MP 2100. On Tuesday, late afternoon (Monday was a holiday), I called J&K Sales to check on the progress of the surgery. John told me that the surgery was successful and my treasured Newt was in recovery. He said the MPU 2100 will be mailed out via FedEx (my chosen return shipper) Wednesday morning! On Wednesday, John being good to his word, called and gave me a Tracking Number, and stated I should have the Newt on Friday! Well folks here it is Friday and my Newt was delivered 2 hours ago! The packaging was beyond outstanding! It was even better then the original packaging! We all know the importance of packaging, it can kill the content of the package pretty quick if not done right. Well, this one was done RIGHT, and they sent my old MP 2000 motherboard back as well. Everything in static resistant bags, the newton was boxed, foam bits all around a sec
ond box which was bubble wrapped. Took the bubble wrap of the box and found my Newt in the box in a static resistant bag and bubble wrapped again. The old mother board was also bagged in a static resistance bad!
Unwrapped everything, loaded the battery and she chimed right up! Yes, my MPU 2100 is as brand new! Thank you Thank you Thank YOU!
I called J&K Sales today to explain my satisfaction with their service and asked where I could post a RANT about my experience. They asked that it be placed here, and so it has been done! I will use this company for "ALL" future MP needs or to buy a backup MP in the not too distant future!
There are a lot of companies out there that do MP servicing and I have dealt with a few (no names), but let me tell you that NONE of them can compare to the service rendered by John & Ken! You can go there with confidence!
