You need to upgrade to SimpleMail 4.3 if you're not using it already:

http://www.simple.dial.pipex.com/

In your card in Owner's Info is where you add a SimpleMail profile if you
don't already have one. In there you can set an SMTP host as well as a login
and password for SMTP authentication.
