Uh, then you were lucky, I guess there were several versions (PC-only
maybe), or someone took my cable out of the box. Mine (original
packing as well, from a sale) did *not* come with the miniDin8
adaptor, and as I *guess* the Newton's DB9 -> NewtonInterconnect is
nulled as well, I need the additional nulled cable. It does not work
with just a gender-changer in between, wich I would have preferred
for the obvious reason.
