[NTLK] Is this ethernet card OK? (again...)

Founded this combo card:

3Com Megahertz LAN + Modem 3CXFEM656C

It fits inside the Newton OK, has on one side an X-jack
connector for phone *or* LAN standard cables, and another
proprietary connector for a special short cable I have too,
this one bringing a standard LAN connector on its other side.

Has anybody made this reference working with a MP 2100?
