Indeed. People are generally more apt to offer help and advise if you
don't "put a gun to their heads" or sound like a jerk. My apologies if
this sound harsh, but I have very little patience for rudeness in the
public forum such as this list.

Thanks to those folks who answered Eggbertman's question despite his
"all-caps" attitude.

Sheesh is right.
