[NTLK] nSync and iCal 1.5.1

Don't know how many of you have noticed it yet. The date syncing
functionality in nSync doesn't get along with the latest version of
iCal.
I just posted a patched dates plugin to solve the issue. It's
functionally identical to the original plugin and will work _only_ with
iCal 1.5.1.
