Cheers Richard,

you'll maybe want to look for Stand Alone's Names Fixer 1.0 (sorry, NOS 2.x
only).
If you can't find it, drop me a line.

Yer ole pal 'Kasko.

Dear all,

couple days ago I suggested putting together a Newton First Aid Kit, e.g.
tools that would be stored on a separate card and readily availabe in case
of problems. Think Norton Utilities for the Newton.
Names Fixer would be an obvious candidate for the kit, as would FixTrax,
NewtTest and Data Rescue.

What else might come in handy in case of Newton-trouble - and for what NOS
respectively?

If you'll drop a little description of what the suggested tool does (incl.
any error codes the tool adresses pls.), I'll compile + edit it - might be
a nice addition to the FAQ's troubleshooting section, what do you all think?

Finest regards,

DJV.
