[NTLK] Dumb Question re: Dialing Phone

Not that I plan on sticking my newton up to the handset and dialing
often, but assuming I wanted to do it once for fun - how can I make it
dial 1 + the area code for local calls within the same area code as
I've defined my home area code as? It just tries to dial the 7 digit
number, and they did away with that a long time ago after overlaying a
new area code.
