The way objects are laid on the card is documented (as in, the
specifications are on my drive and I'll send them to anyone who asks).
But the way objects are combined to make soups is not. Philz is
actually working on it and he had some results.

Still, no one wrote a tool like the one you describe.

Some people do this already. I did a disk image with Disk Copy in the past.
