the PCB layout and design (i.e. blueprint) can be copyrighted.. there maybe specific techniques that are integral to the design, and are copywritten.. and if you use those specific techniques to manufacture the upgrade, you could be hit with a lawsuit..

i don't agree with the DMCA.. i loathe it.. and the fools that passed it.. and the fools that enforce it..

i hope that you actually make something for once.. and don't get hit with a lawsuit in the process..

but, since you've been posting here and on eBay, i haven't heard of a single thing that you've done..

the cases, the backlights, the ... the ...

now a EM300 upgrade..

well.. if it happens it happens..

if it doesn't, it's no suprise here..
