[NTLK] stamp snap?

I have a package (2 actually) on my mac in my newton files called
"stamp snap" the read me is gibberish, and I cant remember what this
thing does. I've tried installing it on the emate, but cant get it to
go into proper package format with either Packager for OSX or even
PAckType.

Anyone know what stampsnap is for?
