I specifically mentioned the DCL - afaik we've been focusing on
connecting to the newton and transferring data - but what of moving the
NTK PROGRAMMING ENVIRONMENT, or BOOK MAKER forward? (perhaps I am being
obtuse - and work is already progressing in these areas - if so I
apologize.)
