Regarding NTLK's understanding of Newton's HWR, cursive or printed,
has the NTLK braintrust accumulated enough theory or methodology to
recreate their own version of Newton's HandWriting Recognition?
I used to have a PDF link that went into glorious detail on NHWR.
I've misplaced that link.
