Have you tried http://www.gmx.net yet? It has alright Spam handling, some
webspace, and upgrade accounts ($$) allow IMAP and virus scanning. You
could get either a gmx.net, gmx.de, gmx.at or even gmx.li domain ending
(maybe gmx.ch, too, but not sure).
If you manage to get something set up, would you write a howto for the Wiki?
