Thanks to those who replied to my posting regarding difficulty with the
seller of VoiceNotes.

- I did use the latest version of Stuffit;
- I did not even get so far as to receive a registration code;
- I did not try the fax number.

I decided I'm not interested in putting any more energy into this, so I
have put in claim with my credit card company.
