[NTLK] How do I get the MP 2100 to do the test to speech task?

I have gone through everything on the Message Pad, I have shot-gunned the
2100 users manual and I can't find anything in the archives on how to do the
text-to-speech capability?!?
I remember talks about this on the list, choosing between different voices
and speeding up and down to adjust their pitch, but for the life of me, I
can't find out how to do this.
