I highly doubt they'll cut prices. Any significant price cut ($50)
would drive margins into the ground. It's probably a combination of
the iPod mini's lower overall margin and the HP iPod's lower profit
margin for Apple.

Either way, if these 3% lower margins will be counteracted by much
higher % increases in sales, I'm all for it.
