I remember the day when I was trying to figure out my dream machine.
8600 or 9600 (or x500). I like the 8 better than the "9" although the
latter had more expansion slots. (Must be my OCD.)
I have a 7500 I'm trying to set up as a server. Just need to get the
Ethernet cable plugged up to the router. Only holdup is that the access
to beneath the house is in my sister's closet—and it's piled with stuff.
