The Nikon 950 is probably the highest MP camera that'll work. But I think you'll find you'll want to use it at MUCH less than best quality and image size when using it with TIBET. Transfering pics from camera to Newt does take a while and a fair bit of battery power from both camera and Newt.
The Agfa 1280 and 1680 cameras were what TIBET was designed for and work well.
