This may be a stupid tip, but here goes anyway: one of the screws of
the SER-001 has a black rubber washer. If your Newt bulges too much
after installing the board and closing up, it helps a lot if you
remove that washer (re-open the Newt first, obviously). That
particular screw won't do much after that, but in my experience the
board holds nicely without it.
The usual disclaimers apply: should the universe blow up as a direct

other cases you're on your own...
