Yeah, seems weird to me too. . .

Yes, I did remove all my cards prior to the brainwipe. I intended to
have all my data kept in the internal store and packages on my card. I
will check that this is the case, and if not, try to move the data
around so I can get it in the right place.

I will investigate it some more. . .
