I have a 2000 and a 2100 that normally function great. I use them
mainly for taking class notes, so they haven't seen much use over the
summer. I hadn't turned either one on for a week or so. The battery
was down to about 20% in the 2000, and the 2100 would not power up.
Assuming a dead battery in the 2100 I switched the batteries and still
had no luck. Next, I returned the good set of batteries to the 2000
and it wouldn't power up! Now I can't get either one to turn on, even
with the units plugged in to the AC adapter. Can anyone offer some
help?
