Thanks for the tip, I indeed did not have Dock running.
Unfortunately, the problem persists. Neither NewTen nor Escale are
having any luck.
Well, I'm going to sleep. I'll try this again in the morning. I hope it
isn't the SER-001...I don't want to have to open the Newton again.
