Unfortunately, you CAN'T do what you WANT to do. What you have is not
what you THINK you have. You may have a system update, but it will not
turn your 120 running OS 1.3 into a 120 running OS 2.0. This was a
hardware update, that included a ROM board with the new OS 2.0
pre-installed. You cannot do what you are trying to do.
