Hello Andy,
Thanks for your great comments. You transcend the language barrier
(Spanish-to-English) quite well! :O)

I especially liked your comment that the Newton membership does not function
according to a rigid business model:

"The point is that here nobody is a company, and nobody move toward
business results. So, everybody will move on the route that he like more
and feels that is a more fun project, so coordination is not always
easy, each of us will be working in a different project most of the time."

Perhaps we should find a way to structure ourselves in a manner that would
allow us to more agressively target specific objectives? Still, the fluidity of
open source communities seems to foster creative development. There is no
harm in people pursuing a number of independent objectives, because the
Community still benefits.

There appear to be some promising developments on the horizon. The proposed
Einstein Project, only preliminarily discussed thus far, will help to ensure
Newton's immortality.

I encourage you to pursue your own Newton development objectives. You can
purchase used copies of Newtonscript programming through online bookstores such
as www.alibris.com and www.amazon.com. There are many Spanish language texts
that are freely available through the Project Gutenberg web site
http://www.gutenberg.net/
If there is a particular copyright-free text that you are interested in, I
would be happy to convert it into Newton eBook format for you.

Keep up the great work, and thank you for your willingness to stay involved!

Warmest regards,

Matt K.
