EEUnProtect as stated by Woody is needed to to send a protected package.
However I would suggest if you have a extra memory card to do a backup
onto that you first do an install of the .pkg(s) on to a MP or a
BrainWiped MP. After all the packages are installed just do a backup
to the card.
When you install the card onto your MP do a selective restore (IIRC)
by only restoring the specific .pkg(s) you want.
This is especially inportant if you don't have EEUnProtect.
