Ive been a busy bunny, and ive got a few questions.

a) The newtons all run at 5v internally right? apple never got round to
making them 3.3v?

b) would anyone want me to knock up a webpage describing how to add a
headphone socket to 1x0 messagepads?

c) same as above but to speed up the 1x0 with a soldering iron a new
oscillator and some macgyver magic ;o)

Call me silly but im just fonder of the older messagepads.
