In the current issue of PC magazine there is a article about a replacment OS
for a Pocket PC called Pocket Mac 3.0. It allows syncing very easly with OS
X from what the article says. And in the process it gives a very "Mac" feel
interface. The companies website is http://www.pocketmac.net/ and it
appears they also have a demo to try there as well.
Too bad someone does not do a "PocketNewton" ;)
