Me too.
Since I went on Atkins, I lost 25 pounds and kept them
off...and I'm never hungry! Beef Jerkey save my day!
That and nuts...
And that's with absolutly NO exercise...none...other
than walking to and from my car at work (that's about
a half a mile though each way!)
