CouchFire was the TV listings service. It's been defunct for a while now.
I actually started working on a replacement for CouchFire... it was to
retrieve TV listings using XMLTV, then build a Newton package that would
install the data into a FilePad database for searching the listings. I got a
lot of it done but the data packages were huge. And then I had a hard drive
crash and I lost all of the Visual Basic code that parsed the XML and output
the NTK source... so that's toast.
If I did it again it would probably be as a NewtApp that grabbed a saved XML
file from a server and parsed it using NTox.
