There is an upgrade to nSync that fixes this. Go to:
http://www.everchanging.com/newton/
Download the latest version and you should be good to go.
As far as the ROM version, if you go to UNNA you should find it here:
http://www.unna.org/view.php?/apple/software/SystemPatches/english/2x00
