You may want to check the archive at www.unna.org. All of the software
should be there, under various categories, like Apple, etc.
The original CD may not be available in total. The Newton FAQ states:

5) I bought a Newton but it didn't come with the CD/Floppies. Where can
I find them?

All Newton models came with floppies or a CD with required software
(such as NCU, NIE, etc.). All these software are available on UNNA
(among other things), especially in the apple directory: On UNNA:

Additionally, the Windows CD-ROMs are available online:
        • MP2100 US CD-ROM (Windows)
        ◦ On UNNA: http://www.unna.org/unna/apple/software/2100CDROM/
        • eMate 300 CD-ROM (Windows) [dead link]
        ◦ On NewtonMAD:

        • MP2100-D CD-ROM (Windows)
        ◦ On PDA LifeStyle:
