NCU will export notes very easily. So will X-port. Another method is to
move items you don't use much but want them still in Newton format (after
you have export them elsewhere for quick reference) to a otherwise blank
card. Then either put the card aside or back it up with NCU and wipe it so
you can use it for something else.
