Josh,

After you have installed the TCP/IP dock app. Tap the Dock app. When the
slip appears, it has a drop down button called "Connect via". Choose the
TCP/IP (TT) option then hit the "setup button".

On the new slip, select "new" and then enter the computer's name and ip
address, save and you should be ready to roll.
