Hello all,
I sold my 2100 about 6 months ago simply for the purpose of purchasing
a 40 GB iPod. I had hoped it could handle all the contacts and
calendars I would need. Simply put, it couldn't come close. I have now
gone and picked up another 2100 from J&K (and the unit is great for
those who are curious) and a wireless card as well. I made one mistake
though. I never bought a dongle :(
So here is my situation:
I would like to get just the wavelan drivers and something to let me
connect installed, then I can connect with that. Without a dongle, I
don't know if there is any way to do this, but if anyone knows, it is
you resourceful people. I do have a friend with an emate and everything
to get stuff onto that, but AFAIK, you cannot beam packages. IRDA
connections?
I would really hate to spend $30 to get a dongle right away, nor spend
lots of time hunting down one for cheaper, so any and all input is
appreciated.
Most importantly, it is great to be back to this little green friend of
mine :)
