[NTLK] Prefs Problem

If I go to prefs from any direction (i.g. dashboard menu, dashboard
launcher and from the Extras draw) It comes up with A message that says

    Sorry, a problem has occurred.
    (-48221)

-------------------------------------------------

Does anybody know what this means? And if so how to solve it?
