As far as I can tell you for the backlight4you replacement:
the difference is not significant.
The noise is created by magnetostriction inside the little transformer for
the backlight.
With different backlights the frequency as well as the level of the noise
may vary.
But the "problem" as such is not "solved" with a new BL.
