As has already been pointed out, David alias PCBMan
is selling these upgrades from his own production.
Both the quality of David's work and of David himself
have unanimously been described as excellent so far.
If you haven't been able to get one until around the beginning
of April, I might have one or two that I could be talked into
parting with.
