[NTLK] WaveLAN Help?

I finally got all the NIE and drivers to use a wavelan card installed, but
am encountering a problem (I think). When I insert the card it produces an
error message, not the setup card that is shown on the wavelan driver site.
It also says "no card inserted" when trying to use it.

It is a gold Wavelan card, any tips?
