Can anyone list the setup/steps for NewtSync on OS 10.3.2? I used to use it
in the past (even paid shareware) but the most recent version doesn't seem
to work.
I have the most up-to-date versions of
iCal
isync
NewtSync (on Mac & Newt)
The Glass Onion plugins
I have tried connecting with and without a hub, with static/DHCP addresses,
using the 'Dock TCP/IP' utility, FireWall off, Firewall on w/port 15552 open
for NewtSync
Typically NewtSync on the Mac says "listening on all addresses" instead of
returning an IP address.
When trying to connect, the Newt version looks like it is, then returns
"failed to connect"
I know the connection is good, as the good ol' Dock app connects.
