Here is the link to the calculations package:
<http://toronto.unna.org/unna/applications/NewtonWorks/wcalc.pkg>
And here is the pdf that, I hope, explains it. ;-)
<http://toronto.unna.org/unna/applications/NewtonWorks/nw-grapc.pdf>
It is less of a free-form calculations than it is an equation editor... I
hope I didn't mislead you. If I must honestly admit, I only downloaded and
used it once. I needed some sort of calculation done, and this package
actually fit the bill. I dowloaded it, read the instructions, and dug deeeep
back into my memory for my HS Algebra classes, and achieved what I needed,
and never used it again since. Unfortunately, I don't even remember what it
was all about. I only remember that I got a headache, but actually
accomplished my goal--whatever that was--and was quite proud of myself! ;-)
Next, the Draw package:
<http://toronto.unna.org/unna/applications/NewtonWorks/newtdraw.pkg>
And stamps for it are found here:
<http://toronto.unna.org/unna/applications/NewtonWorks/stamps/>
Now, as for the database stationery, Ebase is found here:
<http://toronto.unna.org/unna/applications/database/EBase/>
I think everything you need for eBase is in this folder...
Quick Figure Works can be found here:
<http://toronto.unna.org/unna/applications/NewtonWorks/qfworks/>
Although, you might want this QFWorks package. I think it's the last update
to the actual package:
<http://toronto.unna.org/unna/applications/NewtonWorks/QF%20Works_1_1_1.pkg>
Get the rest of the extensions from the first folder, however...
I think that's about it... Oh, I meant to mention something else about
free-form calculations...
There is a PaperPack stationery, called 2 Columns that does allow more
free-form calculations of the more normal sort. For instance, write in a
column of figures, and you can perform normal arithmetic on them. With the
two columns, you can write labels on the left, and numbers on the right, or
two columns of figures and compare... Quite flexible. In fact, I find myself
using it often, instead of a spreadsheet...
Unfortunately, I couldn't find it on UNNA......
Well, I hope this is enough to get you started. :-)
