Actually they do, but the # of stuck pixels must exceed a certain
standard (usually 3). Some vocal complainers I know have in fact had
Apple machines replaced under warrantee for only 1 pixel stuck (middle
of screen). It wasn't easy though.

All LCD vendors that I know of have a similar policy...That is why it's
always best to look at an LCD before paying if you can...
