You're in luck. If you don't want Appletalk, but instead want TCP/IP,
try Paul Guyot's Escale. It's still in development, but works well for
many. You'll find that at http://www.kallisys.com/newton/dcl/

Easy. Just nab newtSync. It's open source and everything! You'll find
it here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/newtsync/ You might need some
plug-ins from the following site to get iCal to work. I'm unsure if
that is still the case.
