Perhaps not - Jeff wants something great vs. good enough and is willing to
pay for it? Is that so wrong? Seems a rare opportunity for a Newton
developer to get paid for creating software for our favorite green friend...

Nope not wrong at all (at least in my book). I would do try it, IF I had
the programming talents. It would be nice to see NewtJab upgraded (I think
the source code was released?),
